At Petcano, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and other important shipping information.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, peak shopping seasons, or promotional events.

Shipping Destinations

Petcano currently ships within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 Business Days

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, and peak shipping periods.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

No minimum purchase is required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Petcano cannot guarantee successful delivery or provide reimbursement for lost packages resulting from incorrect address details.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our support team.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Please note that carrier investigations may require additional processing time.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
